Neostore registration form is a set of pre-packaged web page optimized to delegate your customer and loyalty enrollment process in-store.

You can customize the registration form according to your brand identity and collect customer information while respecting confidentiality rules.

Registration forms are highly customizable and allows you to manage multiple scenarios such as:

  • Enrollment- enable a customer create an account or a loyalty card
  • Identification - enable a customer to retrieve an account or a loyalty card
  • Enrichment - enable a customer to update or add additional informations
  • Manage consents - enable a customer to update or revoke consents easily

Registrations scenarios in-store

Self-registration via customer smartphones

Brand display a QR Code or NFC tag including parameters (StoreId, AdvisorId…)

  • Customer scan QR code
  • Retrieve existing account or Create new account & consents
  • Download card

The customer is identified at checkout via his pass or email confirmation

Registration via in-store terminals

Cashier pre-register the customer email or phone number on neostore registration form embeded on your in-store terminal (POS, MPOS, Tablet or kiosk)

  • Customer receives SMS or EMAIL
  • Complete the form & validate consents
  • Download card

The profile & consents are updated in real time in the CRM!

Complete options

When the user complete and submit the form, we provide a complete options page that could be configured according to your needs.

For customer smartphones:

  • Display customer barecode - enable a customer to showcase his customer or loyalty card at the POS
  • Card distributions - enable a customer to download his digital cards in his mobile wallet (Apple or Google Wallet)
  • Redirect to pass - the customer will be redirected to a neostore web page that is configured to download the card in his mobile wallet

For in-store terminals:

  • Redirect - enable to redirect automatically the user to your website or a specific url. When the registration form is embeded with your POS or MPOS, this function allows you to redirect directly to the customer profile within your solution after creation and link the profile to the transaction.
  • Reset - this function automatically reset the web application to the new account page in order to enable another customer to create his account. This mode highly recommended for self service instore terminals such as kiosk or tablets.
